Terms & conditions


1. Site 

1 (a) This site provides the service of delivery of cooked food. These food dishes include seafood, poultry, meat and other staple food dishes.

1 (b) The Company reserves the right to change, modify, suspend, remove any portion or whole of the site at any time. 

1 (c) You are not to reproduce, copy, modify, adapt, translate, publish, transmit, distribute, sell or use for any commercial purpose or any other purposes, any portion of the Site and its materials.

1 (d) You may not hack into, interfere with, disrupt or disable the proper working of the Site, Services or our servers. These actions shall include but not limited to spoof attacks, session hacking, sniffing, tampering, spamming, reverse engineering or reprogramming. 

2. Ordering, Payment and Pricing 

2 (a) The process of ordering, display of prices and order details are constantly made available to the user throughout the online ordering process. As such, the user has been presented opportunities to correct (any) errors before confirmation of the order, through payment.  A confirmed order from the customer indicates the user’s acceptance. The confirmed order is seen only as a binding contract when the Site accepts the order. The Site reserves the right to cancel or refuse the order even if it has been paid for, without due reason. 

2 (b) Payment is made through secure gateways such as Stripe, Paypal and PayNow, from which the bank of the user has provided for the security. Customers may choose any form of payment, and accepts that the amount will be debited from their account immediately. 

2 (c) The site aims to provide you with accurate and up-to-date information regarding pricing, product information and promotions. However, errors may occur and the Site does not guarantee that any information posted on the Site is error-free or complete. You agree not to hold the Site liable for any errors in the information on the Site. The amount paid by the user shall be deemed by the prevailing selling price at the time of which the order is received, which may or may not be correctly updated on the Site. 

2 (d) If the amount paid by the user is lower of which the prevailing selling price is on the Site, the user will be contacted and given the option to confirm or cancel the purchase of any item based on the correct price. By confirming the purchase, the user agrees to allow the Site to charge the additional amounts to the user. If the user decides to cancel the purchase, the refund or reverse payment will be made for the item in accordance to the refund policy at that time. If the user is uncontactable, the incorrectly paid item is deemed as cancelled. 

2 (e) All payment shall be made in Singapore Dollars only. 

2 (f) By placing your order, the user authorise the Site to transmit and/or obtain information about you from third parties. This may include verification checks involving your credit/debit card number or credit reports to authenticate your identity, or to validate your credit card, to obtain an initial credit card authorisation, to protect the user and the Site from possible fraud attempts. Upon which, it will facilitate the process of arranging for delivery of your order to your designated address. 

3. Exchange Policy, Refund Policy and Cancellation

3 (a) No refunds, cancellations is applicable once payment has been made and completed online. Amendments are allowed as long as it is 24 hours prior to the delivery date and time. 

3 (b) In a case of agreed refund, the user agree that refunds may take up to 15 business days to be credited, back to the card of which the user used to make the initial payment. For delivered orders, all refunds will be done through store credits only.

3 (c) 1 Hour delivery is only applicable for orders that have selected the Express Delivery option. The delivery fee is $16, and will only be refunded if the order was not completed within 1 hour 15 minutes, with the 15 minutes as processing time. 

3 (d) Delivery within selected timeslots are on best efforts, but subjected to possible delays caused by, but not limited to traffic conditions, weather conditions, drivers availability, additional checks due to CoVid-19.  All orders are important to us, and compensation will be calculated accordingly for any serious late orders. 

3 (e) Should there be any unreasonable demands by any customer, the Site may at its own discretion take actions to stop the harassment from the customer. All decisions made for any compensate is final.  

4. Delivery Policy

4 (a) Delivery time slots are subjected to availability, and on a first-come-first-serve basis. 

4 (b) The Site will try to deliver the orders to the designated delivery address within the selected delivery timeslot, but do not guarantee that delivery time will be met, as mentioned, there are factors that affect the delivery that are not within our control. This may result in early or delayed deliveries. In the event of late delivery, the Site will try its best to inform customers of the delay and if possible, inform on the duration that it may be delayed by. The Site seek the understanding from all customers that while all efforts made to plan and deliver, delays are unavoidable.

4 (c) Re-delivery due to failed delivery will be at $20 per delivery. 

4 (d) If the user or customer specifically instructs the Site to leave your delivery outside the door or any designated spot, or not to be received any any representative individual, the customer or user shall be at your own risk and accept all liability and risk of loss, theft or damage. 

4 (e) In the event of damaged, spoiled or incorrect item delivered, or additional items not ordered by you, please contact the Site’s customer service via WhatsApp or Email within 24 hours. The user or customer will allow the Site’s discretion to offer a replacement, refund, or arrange re-delivery or collection of the items. 

5. Intellectual Property

5 (a) The trademarks, logos, images, content, and concept displayed on this Site are the property of the Site, and all rights to these intellectual property are expressly reserved by the Site. You are not permitted to use the name of the Site, or anything that may be found within the Site, including in any advertising or publicity or as a hyperlink, without the prior written consent.

5 (b) Any texts, remarks, structures, illustrations and images reproduced on the website are controlled and regulated by copyright as well as by intellectual property. Any reproduction of the website, whether in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited and will result in legal action.

6. Promotions and Discounts 

6 (a) Promotions and voucher discount codes are only valid for the time period specified by the Site. The Site reserves the right to terminate any of such Promotions or Discounts prematurely without due reason, notice, or liability.

6 (b) Use of any discount must be indicated at the time of checkout, and all information required by the Site must be provided. No retroactive use of such discount codes is permitted. The user or customer will not be entitled to a post purchase partial refund equivalent to the discount value if they forgets to key it in during checkout.

6 (c) Voucher Codes cannot be refunded, redeemed or exchanged for cash.

6 (d) If the user or customer is permitted to return or receive a refund for any product, you will only be refunded the amount that you originally paid for such product. Where the promotion or discount had applied to the entire order, we will refund you the selling price of the returned product less the promotion or discount applied to the returned product on a pro-rated basis. 

6 (e) The Site’s decision on all matters relating to promotions, voucher discount codes is final.

7. Complaints

7 (a) A customer of the Site agrees that should there be a complaint, a report shall be made by contacting via WhatsApp or Email. All disputes pertaining to food quality, poor presentation, or missing items, must be supported with image evidence.  The decision following up to the dispute is solely based on the discernment of the Site. Complaints that are based on opinion will not be entertained.

7 (b) Any complaints submitted by the customer must be within 24hours of the arrival of the order to be effective. Should there be any complaints filed 24hours after receiving the order, it will be treated as a feedback that will be looked at to improve on service of product standards.

8. Applicable Law

The Terms and Conditions, and any disputes arising from or under the Terms & Conditions, shall be governed by Singapore law. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore regarding any such dispute. A person who is not a party to Terms & Conditions shall have no right under the Contract (Rights of Third Parties) Act to enforce any part of Terms & Conditions.
