    ✔️ Enter your exact delivery address, email address and your phone number.
    ✔️ Select your preferred delivery date and time.
    ✔️ Select preferred delivery option.
    ✔️ Make payment using your preferred payment method. 

Now sit back, relax, and we’ll get your food delivered to your doorstep.

We deliver daily from 12 pm to 11 pm! You can place your order up to 30 days in advance or you can order on the same day. 

Simply select your preferred delivery date and time slot at the checkout page. 

If you have made a mistake in entering some information of your order, billing or shipping details, you may contact us via WhatsApp or Chat with Us Online with your order number and information on the order details to be corrected as soon as possible.

To make any changes to your order such as changing of dishes or add-ons, contact us through WhatsApp or Chat with Us Online with your order number as soon as possible.

Changes/Cancellations can only made before the food is prepared or delivered. Otherwise full amount is chargeable for last minute cancellations.

We only offer islandwide delivery services at the moment. 

Once you have placed your order and made payment, an email confirmation will be sent to the email provided in the order. 

Always remember to check and make sure the email confirmation didn’t go to your Spam or Junk folder.

If you have a voucher code, you can redeem it by entering the code into “Have a coupon? Click here to enter your code” on the checkout page.

No, there is no minimum order value/quantity to proceed with the order. 

For allergy or any special dietary restriction, do reach out to us via WhatsApp or Chat with Us Online before placing your order. 

Alternatively, for requests such as “Please provide condiments”, you may input your instructions under Order Notes upon check out. 

We only accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit/Debit Card
  • PayPal

Once the payment has been received, the order will be processed.

We are not a halal-certified establishment. Some of our savoury food contains alcohol and/or pork as an ingredient. 

We deliver islandwide in Singapore, expect for restricted areas / zones. 

Deliveries are limited to 12pm to 11pm daily.

Time slots are available for selection at the checkout page.

There are two types of delivery services:

Standard Delivery – A delivery charge of S$8 for any order below S$100.

Express 1 Hour Delivery – A delivery charge of S$16 regardless of order amount.

Yes, free delivery is available for transactions above S$100 in a single order.

There is no minimum amount for delivery.

We work closely with our delivery partners, such as Lalamove, to deliver all orders. We also have in-house delivery drivers that travel around to deliver your order to you.

We will deliver within the time slot you have selected upon check out.
If you have selected for the 17:00 to 18:00, your order will arrive earliest at 17:00 and latest by 18:00.

For peak periods such as Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Christmas Eve, New Year’s Day and all other public holidays, festive surcharges of S$10 are applicable for all delivery orders. 

This is due to high demand for drivers, and the surcharges are paid to the drivers for their time whilst working during peak periods.

Sometimes unforeseen situations such as weather or traffic conditions that are beyond a driver’s control, causes delay in deliveries.
Where we can, we will always try and proactively contact you if we become aware that your order might not arrive within the estimated time of delivery. Our team will work to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
