express delivery
An express delivery fee of S$16 regardless of cart amount.
- 60 minutes delivery
- 15 minutes of processing time
Should the delivery be late, delivery fee would be refunded.
festive surcharge
Additional Surcharge of $10 applies on the eve of major public holidays (such as Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve and Eve of Chinese New Year), Public Holidays, and festive occasions(such as Mother’s Day, Father’s Day) regardless of the order amount.
The delivery timing will be used as reference and arrival timings are subjected to traffic and weather conditions. While we strive to deliver within the hour selected, we seek your kindest understanding that there are elements of the delivery that are beyond our control.
Re-delivery due to failed delivery (such as recipient uncontactable, wrong address etc) is charged at $20. All delivery information received is deemed as accurate at the point of order confirmation.
Refund for late delivery
In the event that your order reaches you one (1) hour after your selected delivery timeslot, a full refund will be processed, in the form of store credits.
For such cases, do understand that investigations into the delay is required and a proper explanation would be provided, along with the refund.
Store credits provided are valid for two (2) weeks from the point of issuance. Store credits are not applicable for delivery fees.
