Curry Fish Head



A traditional yet popular dish. Fresh red snapper fish head, fresh vegetables added to curry flavours. The curry is carefully cooked, vegetables cooked through, tender meat in the fish head. The accompanying vegetables are carefully selected to enhance the flavours and for the overall taste and feel of our dishes. A generous amount of vegetables like ladies finger, beancurd skin and long beans. Be sure to add on steamed white rice to absorb all the curry goodness!
